基于主成分分析的自助式劳务众包任务定价研究

摘要 自助式劳务众包是一种新型商业模式,近年来借助移动平台迅速发展,其有效运作的关键是任务定价。本文使用"拍拍赚"平台在广东省的历史任务和注册会员数据,利用相关性检验分析任务初始定价策略和未完成原因,针对具体原因引入最可能接单会员距离和会员活跃度等因素,提出了基于主成分分析的分城市阶梯定价模型。决策树的预测结果显示,新策略下的新定价可以有效提高任务完成率。 Self-service labor crowdsourcing is a new business model. With the rapid development of mobile platforms in recent years,task pricing become the key to its effective operation. Using the historical tasks and registered members data of the " PPZ App" platform in Guangdong Province,the correlation test is used to analyze the initial pricing strategy and the unfinished reasons of the tasks in this paper. In view of specific reasons,factors of the nearest member distance and the membership activity are introduced,and a sub-urban ladder pricing model based on the principal component analysis is proposed. The results from the decision tree show that the new pricing under the new strategy can improve the task completion rate effectively.
