摘要 案例教学对于重视实务、以"教学实战化"为导向的公安等政法院校而言至关重要,案例教学既是教学与实际业务相关联最好的纽带,也是培养法学业务能力的必然要求,而双语教学则要求教师以双语的方式讲授专业性的知识,以达到提高学生语言能力的教学目的。本文从所授的《国际法(双语)》课程的教学实例出发,以节"国家管辖权的冲突"一节为例,全面介绍从案例选择到案例教学的组织和实施的线上线下各个环节教学实施过程。 Case teaching is very important for legal education institutions such as police colleges,the teaching emphasis of which is on practice and the " practical teaching". Case teaching is the best link between teaching and practice,and it is also the necessary requirement of legal practice. Bilingual teaching requires teachers to teach professional knowledge in a bilingual way with the aim of improving students' language ability. This paper introduces the teaching practice by the sectional examples of " the conflict of national jurisdiction" of the International Law( Bilingual) course,from the case selection to the case teaching practice,and such introduction includes online and offline teaching organization and design in an all-round way
