喉上神经选择性探查法在甲状腺切除手术中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨喉上神经选择性探查法在甲状腺切除手术中的应用价值。方法将我院收治的692例甲状腺手术患者根据术中喉上神经保护方式不同分为两组,喉上神经未探查组(未探查组)310例,喉上神经选择性探查组(探查组)382例,比较两组术后喉上神经损伤几率。结果未探查组出现喉上神经损伤概率为7.1%,探查组出现喉上神经损伤概率为1.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喉上神经选择性探查法可明显降低喉上神经的损伤几率。
