On the Support of Capital Market to Marine Economy

党的十九大报告在建设现代化经济体系部分做出加快建设海洋强国、增强金融服务实体经济等战略部署,海洋经济已成为中国国民经济的重要支撑,而发展海洋经济离不开资金,也离不开资本市场的支持。从证券市场、风险资本市场和长期信贷市场三个维度梳理资本市场支持海洋经济发展的作用,分析资本市场支持中国海洋经济发展的现状,通过相关数据分析发现,中国资本市场在支持海洋经济方面还存在融资结构不合理、资本市场制度不完善和资本市场金融产品单一等问题,因此,通过变革资本市场准入制度、设计多元化资本市场产品和完善资本市场监管制度等资本市场支持海洋经济的对策,以期为新时代资本市场更好更快地推动中国海洋经济健康、可持续发展提供参考。

The development of marine economy is inseparable from both capital and capital market. Currently,however, the shortage of fund is an unavoidable reality in the marine economy development. This paper clears the effect of the support of capital market on the development of marine economy in the aspects of security market,venture capital market and long-term credit market and analyzes the current situation of the support of capital market to marine economy. Data analysis shows that the problems existing in the support of capital market to marine economy are mainly the irrational financing structure, the incomplete capital market system and the single financial product of capital market. Strategies, such as reforming the capital market access system, diversifying the capital market product and perfecting the supervision system of capital market, are put forward to strengthen the support of capital market to marine economy, hoping that capital market will promote the better, more rapid, healthy and sustainable development of marine economy in China in the new age.
