摘要
从某焦化废水处理站曝气池的活性污泥中筛选到6株优势菌,通过比较6株优势菌对焦化废水的降解特性,最终筛选到1株具有较强降解能力的菌株,该菌株对焦化废水的COD去除率为67.26%、挥发酚去除率为59.07%、色度去除率为45.26%。优势菌生长曲线分析表明,最佳工艺参数F/M值为3 000~60 000 kg BOD_5·(kgMLSS·d)^(-1)。单因素实验和正交实验结果表明,各因素对优势菌降解能力的影响大小依次为:温度>通气量>废水pH值,最佳降解环境为:废水pH值7、温度30℃、通气量0.8 L·min^(-1),此时,对焦化废水的处理效果最佳,COD去除率平均值达到88.14%。
We screened six dominant bacteria from activated sludge in aeration pool of coking wastewatertreatment unit. Through comparison of the degradation properties of six dominant successfully obtained a dominant bacterium with strong degradation ability,of which the removal rates of COD,volatile phenol, and chromaticitywere 67. 26 % ,59. 07 %, and 45. 26 %, respectively. The growth curve analysisof the dominant bacterium indicate that the optimum process parameter of BOD 5 · (kgMLSS ·D +1 and 60 000 k g BOD5 · ( kg MLSS ·d)-1. The results of single-factor experiment and or-thogonal experiment show that the effect of each factor on the degradation ability of cokincordance with temperature , ventilation volume , and wastewater pH value. Under the optimal degradation condi-tions as follows:the wastewater pH value of 7 , the temperature of 30℃ , and the ventilation volume of 0. 8 L ·min-1 , the treatment efficiencyof thedominant bacterium to coking wastewater is thebest with the averageCOD removal rate of 88. 14%.
