以民为本是马克思主义基本的党建观,中国共产党践行以人民群众利益为根本的党建观,以马克思主义为基本的指导思想不断进行人本主义党建观的发展和完善。自党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央所提出的在组织、作风、思想、制度以及廉政方面加强工作的战略,更是深刻的体现了党秉承马克思主义思想而深入进行的以人民群众利益为根本的党建发展和建设。

People-orientation is the basic Marxism outlook on party construction. Chinese Communist Party practices the outlook on party construction with people＇s interests as the foundation, and constantly makes the development and improvement the humanistic outlook on party construction with Marxism being the basic guiding idea. Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the CPC central committee led by Xi Jinping proposes the strategy of strengthening party construction in terms of the organization, style, ideas, system and honest and clean government and so on. That fully manifests that Chinese Communist Party adheres to the Marxist ideas and conducts party construction by taking the people＇s interests as the foundation.
