现代化开放型的社会,让人们冲破了传统道德的枷锁,同时,对待婚姻的态度也发生了本质性的转变,因此,深入研究婚姻法中关于离婚后子女抚养问题,分析离婚后子女与父母关系的关系界定,讨论子女抚养费用问题,以子女利益最大化原则、完善子女抚养确认标准、健全子女抚养费用确认标准,确保离婚后子女得到相应的经济保障与良好的照顾,最大程度地保护孩子的自身权益。

Modern open society makes people break through the shackles of traditional morality; meanwhile, people＇s attitude toward marriage has undergone a fundamental shift accordingly. In this regard, this paper makes an in-depth study on the issue of the child support after divorce, analyzes how to define the relationship between the child and their parents after the divorce, and discusses the issue of child-rearing costs. The child support after divorce should follow the principle of maximizing the child＇s benefit, should perfect the confirmation standard on child custody and the cost of child support, should ensure that the child should receive corresponding economic security and be taken good care of, and should protect to the greatest degree the rights and interests of the child.
