铁路高职院校特色育人模式探研

Research on Talent Training Model with Unique Features for Railway Vocational Colleges

随着高速铁路的快速发展,培养高素质铁路技术人才成为铁路高职院校教育的迫切目标。根据特色育人目标与思路,以五项育人依据为依托,提出育人的内容和措施,进一步完善"内部外部"两套育人机制,为铁路育人提供动力支撑。

With the rapid development of high-speed railway, the urgent education goal for railway vocational colleges is to train high quality railway technicians. According to the goal and thinking on training talents with unique features, this paper, based on five educational basis, puts forward the content and measure of talent training. The purpose is to further perfect the two ＂internal and external＂ sets of education system and to provide motive power for railway education.
