Application of EVA in the Performance Evaluation of Real Estate Companies

传统的企业绩效评价模式,在房地产企业中应用不足。因此,需通过应用EVA绩效评价模式,来解决房地产企业绩效评价的不足,从而促进企业的全面发展。首先分析EVA绩效评价模式的基本内涵,阐述EVA绩效评价模式的优势和不足,提出EVA绩效评价模式在房地产企业中的应用思路,从而为房地产企业的可持续发展起到重要的推动作用。

The traditional evaluation model of enterprise performance doesn＇t gets enough applied in real estate enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the EVA performance evaluation model to solve the deficiency of the performance evaluation in real estate enterprises, which aims to promote the all-round development of the enterprise. This paper starts form analyzing the basic connotation of EVA performance evaluation model, expounds its advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward the way of applying EVA performance evaluation in the real estate enterprises. This study aims for promoting the sustainable development of real estate enterprises.
