黑龙江省中外合作办学学历教育的现状、问题及对策

The Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of Academic Education in Sino-foreign Cooperative Education in Heilongjiang Province

早在20世纪90年代,黑龙江省部分高校积极利用地缘优势,陆续与一些周边国家及英美等国高校开展中外合作办学。合作办学过程中,龙江高校遵循"走出去、请进来"的办学方针,学习和借鉴外国教育的成功经验和人才培养模式,在学历教育方面合作举办了178个本科及以上项目,为龙江高等教育特色化、国际化办学开辟了新路。立足新时代对高等教育提出新要求的背景,探讨黑龙江中外合作办学中学历教育合作举办项目的现状、问题,并提出相应的对策及建议。

As early as the 1990 s, some universities in Heilongjiang province actively takes the geographical advantage, and take Sino-foreign cooperative education with some neighboring countries and with some universities in the United States and Britain. In the cooperation process of running schools, the colleges follow the school-running policy of ＂going out, inviting abroad＂, learn and use for reference the successful experience of foreign education and talent cultivation model, and implement more than 178 cooperative projects of undergraduate or above in terms of degree education cooperation, which opens up a new road for characteristic and internationalized higher education in Heilongjiang. Based on the background of the new requirement put forward by higher education in the new era, this paper discusses the current situation and problems of education cooperation in Sino-foreign cooperative education in Heilongjiang province, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
