Research on the Model of Training Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents in the Specialty of Financial Management

国家教育事业发展的"十三五"规划目标,推动应用型高校财务管理专业创新创业人才培养。要提高创新创业人才培养的市场意识,建立一支与之相适应的教师队伍,使学生适应创新创业教育,强化实践教学环节,增设系列教育课程,推动参与式教学,创新考试方法,形成创新创业人才教育体系,培养为国家所用、社会所需的优秀人才。

The goal of the ＂13 th five-year plan＂ for national education development promotes the training of innovation and entrepreneurship talents for the specialty of financial management in applied universities. In order to cultivate excellent talents needed by the nation and the society, we should raise market awareness of cultivating innovative entrepreneurial talents, should establish corresponding teachers staff, should make students adapt to innovative entrepreneurial education, should strengthen the practice teaching link, should add series of education courses, should promote the participatory teaching, should innovate methods of examination, and should form the education system of cultivating innovative entrepreneurial talents.
