传承创新少数民族文化策略浅析——以黑河学院为例

A Brief Analysis of Strategies of Inheriting and Innovating Minority Nationalities Culture—— Taking Heihe University as an Example

少数民族文化作为中华文化的重要组成部分,构成了中华文化最斑斓的色彩,传承创新少数民族文化是全体中华儿女的共同责任。长期以来,满族、鄂伦春族等边疆少数民族语言文化与黑龙江省黑河学院的教学科研形成了密不可分的关系。在拓展濒危满语抢救调查的新思路与新方法,开发鄂伦春、达斡尔、鄂温克等民族文化样式,融合地缘优势和民族特色开发艺术作品等领域,黑河学院紧紧围绕少数民族文化的传承创新主题,做出了必要的尝试,这也是边疆民族地区高等院校的有益探索。

As an important part of Chinese culture, minority culture is viewed as the most splendid part of Chinese culture. Therefore, it is the common responsibility for all Chinese people to inherit and innovate the minority culture. For a long time, Heihe University in Heilongjiang province has been centered around the language and culture of ethnic minorities in the Manchu and Oroqen to take teaching and research. The necessary attempts have been made through firmly sticking to the subject of inheriting and innovating minority cultural in terms of the following aspects： expanding new ways of thinking for rescuing the endangered Manchu language, developing nationality culture patterns in Oroqen, Daur, Evenki, etc, creating artistic works by integrating geographical advantages and ethnic characteristics and so on. All the efforts are useful and significant for institutions of higher learning in the frontier minority area.
