摘要
焊接时接头部位会产生一定焊接残余应力,焊接缺陷容易导致应力集中及开裂、本文简述了焊后焊接残余应力去除应用较广的几种方法,重点介绍了超声波冲击去除应力的原理及应用场合。
The welding residual stress is produced in the welding joint, and the welding defects can easily lead to stress concentration and crack. In this paper, several methods of residual stress removal in post welding welding are described. The principle and application of ultrasonic shock removal stress are introduced.
