摘要
用于防止发电厂炉膛水冷壁发生高温腐蚀而加装炉膛贴壁风系统,由于对二次风造成分流作用,使得侧墙氧量增加,大大破坏原先的内部流场分布,在减少侧墙水冷壁发生高温腐蚀的同时,造成屏过、高过管壁温度极易发生超温状况。由于炉膛贴壁风的介入,同时针对各产地的差异煤种,锅炉各配风风量,总煤粉量、总风量等锅炉参数必须做出相应的改变调整才能保证燃煤的快速着火和燃尽。
