随着我国的信息技术的发展,高校健美操教学之中也加入了信息化的手段,这一方式应用取得了较为成功的效果。为此,本文采用文献资料法等,对信息化手段在高校健美操教学设计中的应用展开探讨,并根据其中所存在的问题,提出了相对应的有效实施策略,希望能够对我国高校健美操教学的发展做出一份贡献。
