摘要
目的:研究一套客观定量的虹膜颜色快速测定方法,进而为分析虹膜颜色与儿童近视风险的关系提供依据。方法:采集儿童虹膜图像,Photoshop CS和Image J软件处理虹膜图像,再将获得的RGB参数值通过标准化公式转化为L~*,a~*,b~*参数值(L~*表示颜色的亮度;a~*表示其在红色和绿色之间的位置,;b~*表示其在黄色和蓝色之间的位置)。结果:快速客观定量测定虹膜颜色。结论:将此方法测量的客观结果与使用主观比色法得到的结果进行对比,明确该方法的准确性和实用性都优于主观比色法。
Objective:We aim to explore a quantitative method for measuring iris color objectively, which can provide a basis for analyzing the relationship between iris color and the risk of myopia for children.Methods:We obtained standardized slit-lamp photographs, being processed by Photoshop CS and Image J. The achieved RGB parameter values are converted into L*, a*, b* parameter values by a normalized formula.(parameter L* means brightness; parameter a* means the location between red and green; parameter b* means the location between yellow and blue).Results:Measure iris color objectively and quantitatively.Conclusions:We compared the objective method with the subjective colorimetry, manifesting that the accuracy and practicality of the method were better than the subjective colorimetry.
