拖臂扭转梁式悬架系统整体与单件强度对比分析研究

摘要 在现代汽车上,底盘中的拖臂扭转梁式悬架系统是重要的受力部件,由于正常行驶工作中,汽车悬架系统各组成部件在载荷作用下相对位置会发生改变,常用的仿真系统对单件分析载荷,没有考虑构件的柔性,对悬架系统进行强度分析时,这些原因导致仿真结果产生偏差。因此,本文以某轿车拖臂扭转梁式悬架系统为例,对拖臂扭转梁式悬架系统进行整体强度分析,对比整体与单件强度,分析结果的差异,对提高拖臂扭转梁式悬架系统设计具有一定的指导意义。 The trailing arm torsion beam suspension is an important force components which is very complicated in the chaisis system. Generally, when the suspension system during strength analysis, the relative position of assembly of the various components will be change. Therefor the strength of a single piece of analysis, it is difficult to take these factors into account. The load which is used for the single piece is derived from the calculation results of Adams. Therefor,this paper takes a car trailing arm torsion beam suspension for example, the finite element analysis is used for the whole rear axle assembly. The difference between the analysis of rear axle assembly and a single piece was compared, it is important for the design and development of trailing arm torsion beam suspension.
