复杂条件下放顶煤回采工艺实践

摘要 1721工作面位于冀中股份葛泉矿南翼2#煤三采区,该工作面内2#煤煤层厚度变化较大,工作面里段煤层厚度达到4.5m以上,采用综放工艺开采;外段煤层赋存厚度2.6~3.5m,采用综采工艺开采。工作面里段放顶煤开采期间,同时受断层、大倾角俯采、近冲积层、机尾加架以及大角度调采机头等因素影响,给工作面开采带来极大困难。在实际回采过程中,根据过往开采实践经验,结合现场实际情况,逐项解决回采难题,为复杂条件下放顶煤开采工艺的安全实施,积累了宝贵的实践经验。 The 1721 working face is located in the three mining area of 2# coal in the south wing of Jizhong Kizu Kizu mine. The thickness of coal seam in the 2# coal seam varies greatly in this working face, the thickness of the coal seam in the working face reaches more than 4. 5 m, the fully mechanized coal caving process is exploited, the thickness of the coal seam in the outer section is 2. 6 ~ 3. 5 m, and the fully mechanized mining technology is used.During the mining of top coal caving in the working face, it is also affected by the factors such as fault, large dip angle, near impact deposit, tail addition and large angle stopper, which bring great difficulty to the working face mining.In the process of actual mining, according to the experience of past mining practice and the actual situation in the field, the problem of recovery is solved item by item, and valuable practical experience has been accumulated for the safety implementation of the caving coal mining technology under complex conditions.
