摘要
文章运用故障模式影响分析(FMEA)方法,从家用电器中的电吹风质量安全影响因子识别和提取入手,通过调研事故案例,对电吹风可能产生的故障模式、故障原因、伤害类型、严酷度、发生概率等进行风险评估,找出纠正、预防和控制措施。并通过电吹风的产品质量检验数据,对市场上流通的电吹风质量进行综合评价。
By identification of Hair Dryer quality and safety factor on household electrical appliances, applying FMEA,the essay makes a risk evaluation of Hair Dryer for failure mode, failure cause, injure and ESR, OPR. Then it finds out the arrangement of correction, prevention and controlling. Besides, it evaluates Hair Dryer quality in market from inspection data.
