Three Dimensions to Study the Quality of Chinese Manufacturing

在推进新时代高质量发展的背景下,要加快提升制造业发展质量,推动制造业质量变革、效率变革、动力变革。本文针对我国制造业四大行业,构建包含速度效益和技术创新两大类指标的发展质量评价体系,从发展质量总指标、分类指标、细分行业三个维度对我国制造业四大行业发展质量进行评估,评估结果显示,一是我国电子信息和装备制造业质量发展水平高,但发展速度滞后;二是"技术创新"是支撑电子信息和装备制造业保持高质量水平的关键要素,但技术创新指数增速过缓;三是装备工业领域间和消费品工业领域间协同发展能力不强。最后,本文针对制造业高质量发展问题,提出三点应对之策。

In the context of promoting the development of high quality in the new era, we must speed up the development of manufacturing quality, and promote the transformation of manufacturing quality,efficiency, and power. Based on manufacturing, we build a quality assessment system that includes two categories of indicators： speed efficiency and technological innovation, and then evaluate the quality of manufacturing industry from the three dimensions： development quality index, classification index and segment industries. The assessment results show： the electronics and equipment industry has a high quality level, but the development rate is lagging; ＂Technological innovation＂ is a key factor that support the high quality level of electronics and equipment industry, but the growth rate is too slow; The cooperative development ability between the equipment industry and between the consumer goods industry is not strong. Finally, based on the quality of the manufacturing industry, three solutions are proposed.
