摘要
针对炼钢厂LF精炼炉炉盖水冷环管的结构和受热特点,通过理论计算和数值模拟方法对炉盖水冷环管的能量损失和冷却能力等方面进行了分析,研究结果给现场的设备改造提供了优化方案,并经过工业试验验证了改造方案的合理性。
Aiming at the structure and heat transfer characteristics of water-cooling pipe of LF refining furnace,the energy loss and cooling capacity of the water-cooling pipe were analyzed through theoretical calculation and numerical simulation. The research results provided an optimized scheme for the equipment modification on site. And the rationality of the modification scheme was verified by industrial experiment.
