集装箱运输焦炭在马钢的应用实践

马钢焦炭产能不足,采购外购焦炭将长期存在。传统的敞车运输焦炭方式,已无法满足马钢外购干焦"防水、防尘、高效"的要求。采用集装箱运输外购干焦,按照铁路专列模式运行,在专用卸车线卸车、在全封闭的焦炭库存储,实现了稳定、高效、环保的生产物流组织。在马钢A#高炉中修期间,利用集装箱运输新区富裕的自产干焦,生产组织高效、物流运输顺畅。铁路集装箱运输具有运行高效、运输量大、环保达标等诸多优点,值得在钢铁冶金企业推广。

Using container to transport dry coke for outsourcing,operation in railway special train model,unloading at the dedicated unloading line,and storage of fully-closed coke stocks have enabled a stable,efficient and environmentally-friendly production logistics organization. During middleterm overhaul of Masteel＇s No. A # blast furnace,the use of containers to transport the surplus self-produced dry coke in the new district has resulted in efficient production organization and smooth logistics transportation. Railway container transportation has many advantages such as efficient operation,large transport volume,and environmental protection,etc. It is worth promoting in iron and steel metallurgy enterprises.
