一种新型柴油机缸套拆卸方法探究

铁路机车柴油机工作中,缸套因反复承受高温高压冲击,经常需要进行检修或更换新缸套。在我公司柴油机检修过程中,缸套拔出非常困难,缺乏高效、省力、安全的拆卸工具。现研制了一种新型拆卸装置,极大降低了劳动强度,减少拆卸时间,作业效率高,保证了检修质量,安全可靠,取得了良好效果。

In the work of railway locomotive diesel engine,cylinder liners often need to be repaired or replaced due to repeated exposure to high temperature and high pressure. Due to the lack of efficient,Labor-saving and safe disassembly tools,it is very difficult for our company＇s diesel engine to pull out the cylinder liner during the maintenance process. This paper has developed a new type of disassembly device,whice greatly lower the labor intensity,reduces the disassembly time,and has high working efficiency. At the same time,ensures the quality of inspection,is safe and reliable,and has achieved good results.
