改善中职学生业余生活的必要性与实施

中职学生的业余生活是指在除了上课和实验、实训之余的生活,其主要是使紧张的学习生活而产生的疲劳得到放松,起到调节和释放学习压力作用,可以使学生获得非课本所学知识,以弥补在普通课堂教学中所学不到的新知识和技能。现阶段中职生除了上课和实训教学的时间安排外,其课余的时间也很充裕,课余的生活内容也比较丰富,但由于中职学生自身的性格和习惯,自控能力不足,所以在课余生活的安排上存在着依赖性和跟风性。本文正是依据中职学生这一特点,采取问卷调查的方式,总结分析中职学生在安排业余生活的项目类型和活动的实施情况,来论证中职学生业余生活的重要性和必要性。最终根据实际情况采取对策,合理安排中职学生的业余生活的活动内容,以促进中职学生自身更好的成长。

The amateur life of the secondary vocational school students refers to the life besides class and experiment,which is mainly to relax the fatigue caused by the tense study life,and play the role of regulating and releasing the learning pressure. It can make up for the new knowledge and skills that can not be learned in ordinary classroom teaching. At this stage,in addition to the scheduling of classes and practical teaching,secondary vocational school students also have plenty of time after school and rich content of life after school. However,due to the students＇ own character and habits,they lack the ability to control themselves. Therefore,in the arrangement of after-school life,there is a dependence and follow the trend. This article is the basis In order to prove the importance and necessity of amateur life of secondary vocational school students,this paper summarizes and analyzes the types of items and the implementation of activities in the arrangement of amateur life by means of questionnaire survey. Finally,according to the actual situation to take countermeasures,reasonable arrangement of the activities of secondary vocational school students ＇ amateur life,in order to promote their own better growth.
