郑州黄河湿地保护管理现状及对策

Current Status of Yellow River Wetland in Zhenzhou and Measures for Protection and Management

黄河是中华民族的母亲河,是中华文明的主要发祥地和摇篮,孕育了灿烂的华夏文明。目前郑州段黄河湿地面临着开发利用过度,生态退化;多头管理,分工不明确;政策滞后,基础薄弱,投入不足;渔业养殖业污染严重,破坏湿地生态环境和湿地不湿,湿地旱化严重等问题。针对以上问题,提出了加强重点区域湿地保护及工程建设,退耕还湿(渔),进行鸟类栖息地保护恢复,加强科研监测与宣教工程建设和加强保护能力建设5个方面的建设内容,旨在探讨更有效的郑州黄河湿地保护策略和措施。

The Yellow River is the mother river of Chinese people, where the Chinese civilization was originated. At present, the Yellow River wetland in Zhengzhou are facing major challenges including ecological degradation resulted by excessive exploitation, multiple management authorities, policy lag and poor infrastructure, insufficient investment, severe pollution by fish farming, ecological destruction leading to wetland not wet and severe dry-out. According to the specific problems, measures were proposed to explore more effective method to protect the Yellow River wetland in Zhengzhou including strengthening the protection and construction of key wetland areas, returning farmland to wetlands（fish）, the protection and restoration of bird habitat, strengthening scientific monitoring and educational dissemination, capacity building for wetland conservation and management.
