摘要
设计了一款工作在28 GHz和39 GHz的双频宽带毫米波天线。利用缺陷地技术,在辐射贴片上刻蚀半圆环形型缝隙实现了天线的小型化和双频段,天线尺寸为5×5 mm2,介质基板厚度为0.6 mm,工作频段为24.5~29 GHz和36~47 GHz。同时,通过在天线地面和贴片加载矩形条状结构,提高了天线的增益。
The dual-band broadband millimeter-wave antenna is proposed in this paper. The characteristics of miniaturizationand dual-frequency are achieved by defective technology and etching semicircular ring slots on the radiation patch. The designed an?tenna has a small size of 5 ×5 mm2. The microstrip feed line and ground plane are printed on substrate with a thickness of 0.6 mm. Itcan operate in both frequency bands 24.5-29 GHz and 36-47 GHz. The gain of the antenna is improved by loading two sets of rectangu?lar strip structure on the ground and the patch.
