中国竞技体育制度之殇——从“孙杨事件”得到的启示

Shame of Chinese Competitive Sports System——Inspiration from "Sun Yang Incident"

通过一系列"孙杨事件"中反射出来的运动员现状,从我国竞技体育制度的发展历程中,追寻中国竞技体育制度改革的方向。认为中国竞技体育制度在"金牌第一"的单一性思想下,忽视了对运动员的素质、文化、道德、自主性的培养,从而导致了中国竞技体育之殇。中国竞技体育制度的改革之路应该遵循拐角理论,坚持改良型、重组型的基本方针,从体育制度的单一性向多样性转变、注入"以人为本"的思想、全国提高运动员素质、法律保障运动员的受教育权利等方面展开。

Through a series of ＂Sun Yang incident＂, the current situation of athletes is reflected, Chinese sports system reform was searched in the development process of competitive sports system. It is thought that the Chinese sports system, under the sole thought of ＂gold medal first＂, Chinese competitive sports system neglects the cultivation of athletes＇ quality, culture, morality and autonomy,which leads to the shame of Chinese competitive sports. Chinese sports system reform should follow the“corner”theory, improved and recombinant basic principles, and carry out four aspects： transforming sports system from unity to diversity, inpouring the ＂people-ori？ented＂ thinking, improving quality of athletes roundly, and protecting the right to education of athletes legally.
