Budgeting is a leading part of the school＇s financial work,which has a direct impact on the use of funds and sustainable development of the school. The ＂ new normal＂ puts forward new requirements in financial budgeting. In this article,I strive to analyze the present situation of our university＇s financial budget,and propose new ideas of optimizing the present financial budgeting under the ＂ new normal＂ phase,providing guarantee for efficient and scientific financial management of our school.
