On the Humanistic Value of Contemporary Legal Education

纵观当代法律教育,"通用型人才"培养模式引发了种种弊端,人文价值的缺失致使法律教育理念出现偏差,导致集法律专业素养与人格素养于一体的现代化法治人才匮乏,难以跟上我国法治建设的步伐。因此,还需结合当代法律教育,探讨其人文价值,寻求法治人才的科学化培养路径,深化我国法律教育改革。

Making a general observation of contemporary legal education,the training model of ＂universal talents＂ has causedvarious drawbacks. The lack of humanistic value has led to deviationsin legal education concepts, resulting in the lack of modernlegal talents that integrates legal professionalism and personalityliteracy. It is difficult to keep up with the pace of the rule of lawconstruction in China. Therefore, it is necessary to explore thehumanistic value of contemporary legal education, seek a scientifictraining path for legal talents, and deepen the reform of legaleducation in China.
