摘要
顶岗实习是高职人才培养的重要环节,是实施"校企合作工学结合"培养方式的载体,但由于学校和企业不同的运行机制,导致出现不理想的结果。文章剖析现阶段高职顶岗实习教学中存在的问题,在此基础上,利用校企合作平台,建立顶岗实习新模式,即"工作式"顶岗,研究并实践了破解顶岗实习难题的有效路径,达到了校企生共赢。
As an important link in the cultivation of higher vocationaltalents, post practice is a carrier for the implementation of"college-enterprise cooperation" and "work-study combination".However, due to the different operating mechanisms of collegesand enterprises, unsatisfactory results have emerged. This paperanalyzes the problems existing in the teaching of post practice forhigher vocational education at this stage. Based on this, it usesthe college-enterprise cooperation platform to establish a newmode of post practice, namely "work-based" post practice, studiesand practices the effective path to crack the difficulty of postpractice, having achieved a win-win situation between colleges,enterprises and students.
