班规是在班级精神文化指引下建设的班级制度文化的重要体现,是班级所有成员认可并遵守的行为准则。当今中学班规的建设应在"以人为本"的精神文化指引下进行建设,应彰显民主性、发展性、科学性、个性化的特点。
