Instead, they spendmore time improving their academic ability in order to write morepapers. That results in a phenomenon of conducting scientific researchat the expense of teaching practice. This article is intendedto expose the phenomenon of unfairness in the system of assessmentand income distribution that fails to align doing researchwith teaching practice, aiming to call on the college leadersto carry out further reform.
