摘要
在各种考核的压力下,大学教师致力于不断提高自身的学术水平,忽视了对教学与学生的研究,在某种程度上导致了教学与科研的错位。本文分析高校教师考核制度以及薪酬分配制度中的一些弊端,揭示教学与科研失衡的动因,力陈进一步推动相关制度改革的必要性。
Distracted by different kinds of assessments, collegeteachers who are under pressures tend to pay less attention totheir students or teaching than they used to. Instead, they spendmore time improving their academic ability in order to write morepapers. That results in a phenomenon of conducting scientific researchat the expense of teaching practice. This article is intendedto expose the phenomenon of unfairness in the system of assessmentand income distribution that fails to align doing researchwith teaching practice, aiming to call on the college leadersto carry out further reform.
