肾康注射液联合百令胶囊治疗非透析慢性肾脏病患者的效果

Effect of Shenkang Injection combined with Bai Ling Capsules in the treatment of non-dialysis patients with chronic renal disease

目的观察肾康注射液联合百令胶囊治疗非透析慢性肾脏病患者的效果。方法选择我院2014年3月~2016年3月收治的非透析慢性肾脏病患者66例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组35例和对照组31例。两组患者均给予营养治疗及纠正贫血、高血压等并发症等基础治疗。在此基础上,治疗组给予肾康注射液100 ml ivgtt qd,百令胶囊2.0 g tid治疗。检测两组患者治疗前及治疗12周后的高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、血肌酐(SCr)、胱抑素-C(Cys-C)及尿蛋白、尿红细胞的变化。结果治疗12周后,观察组的微炎症指标(hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的肾功能指标(SCr、CysC)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的尿蛋白、尿红细胞均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后对照组上述所有指标变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肾康注射液联合百令胶囊治疗在改善非透析慢性肾脏病病情及微炎症状态方面具有肯定疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of Shenkang Injection combined with Bai Ling Capsules in the treatment of non-dialysis patients with chronic renal disease.Methods A total of 66 non-dialysis patients with chronic renal disease treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected and all patients were divided into the treatment group and control group according to the random number table method,there were 35 cases in the treatment group and31 cases in the control group.All patients in two groups were given nutritional therapy,correction anemia and control hypertension and other complications.In addition,the treatment group was treated with Shenkang injection 100 ml ivgtt qd and Bailing Capsules 2.0 g tid.The changes of high sensitive C reactive protein（hs-CRP）,interleukin 6（IL-6）,tumor necrosis factor alpha（TNF-α）,serum creatinine（SCr）,Cystatin-C（Cys-C）,urinary protein and urine red blood cells were detected before and after 12 weeks of treatment in two groups.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The renal function indexes（SCr and Cys-C） in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The urine protein and urine erythrocyte in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in the above-mentioned indexes in the control group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Shenkang Injection combined with Bailing Capsule has positive effect on improving the condition and micro-inflammatory state of non-dialysis patients with chronic renal disease.
