氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片辅助治疗冠状动脉介入术后心绞痛的效果

Effect of application of flupentixol and melitracen tablets in adjuvant treatment of angina after coronary artery intervention

目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片辅助治疗冠状动脉介入术后心绞痛的效果。方法选取2015年9月~2017年9月我院收治的56例冠状动脉介入术后心绞痛患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,每组28例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者的治疗相关评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的治疗相关评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的治疗后相关评分均高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冠状动脉介入术后心绞痛患者采取氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片辅助治疗效果更好,可明显改善患者的心绞痛症状,促进其病情快速恢复,安全性较高,为其预后提供有效保障。

Objective To investigate the effect of application of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets in the adjuvant treatment of angina after coronary artery intervention.Methods Fifty-six patients with angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention from September 2015 to September 2017 in our hospital were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the study group was treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablets on the basis of the control group,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in treatment-related scores（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the treatmentrelated scores of patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〉0.05）.The related scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Application of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets achieves better effect in the adjuvant treatment of angina after coronary artery intervention,significantly improves angina symptoms and promotes quick recovery of the disease in patients with high safety,which provides effective guarantee for the prognosis.
