摘要
目的探讨股骨近端抗旋髓内钉对老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法抽取我院2012年8月~2017年8月收治的60例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组(25例)和观察组(35例)。对照组采用动力髋螺钉,观察组给予股骨近端抗旋髓内钉治疗,比较两组临床指标和治疗效果。结果观察组治疗优良率为91.40%,高于对照组(68.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论股骨近端抗旋髓内钉对老年股骨粗隆间骨折治疗效果好,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of proximal femur anti-rotation nail in the treatment of elderly intertrochanteric fractures.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures treated in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2017 were selected as research subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=25) and observation group(n=35).In the control group,dynamic hip screw was used,while in the observation group,proximal femur anti-rotation intramedullary nail was adopted.The clinical indexes and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate was 91.4% in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group accounting for 68.0%,with statistical difference(P〈0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P〈0.05).The operation time,healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,intraoperative blood loss was lesser than those in the control group,which were displayed statistical significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion The proximal femur anti-rotation intramedullary nail obtains a good effect on intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly in high safety and it is worthy of promotion and application.
