人工膝关节置换治疗重度膝关节退行性骨关节病的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of artificial knee joint replacement on severe degenerative joint degenerative knee joint

目的评价人工膝关节置换治疗重度膝关节退行性骨关节病的效果。方法选取我院2014年1月~2017年12月收治的85例膝关节退行性骨关节病患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采取人工膝关节置换治疗,而后分析手术时间、出血量、术后引流量、治疗效果、并发症发生率,并比较治疗前后膝关节损伤评分(HSS评分)、疼痛评分(VAS评分)、关节活动度评分(ROM评分)、生活质量评分、心理状况改善评分。结果患者手术持续时间为(79.68±10.28)min、术中出血量为(80.52±18.68)ml、术后引流量(459.62±69.88)ml;治疗后总有效率为95.29%;并发症发生率为2.35%;治疗后HSS评分、ROM评分、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活高于治疗前,治疗后SAS、SDS、VAS评分低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工膝关节置换治疗重度膝关节退行性骨关节病的效果显著,值得临床借鉴、推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of artificial knee joint replacement in the treatment of severe degenerative joint degenerative knee disease.Methods A total of 85 patients with degenerative knee joint degenerative joint disease who were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were enrolled in this study.All patients underwent knee arthroplasty.The time of operation,the amount of bleeding,the amount of postoperative drainage,the therapeutic effect and the incidence of complications were analyzed.The scores of knee injury（HSS）,pain scor（VAS）,score of joint activity（ROM） quality of life score,mental status improvement score were compared.Results The duration of operation was（79.68±10.28） min,the blood loss was（80.52±18.68） ml and the postoperative drainage volume was（459.62±69.88） ml.The total effective rate was 95.29% after treatment.The incidence of complications was 2.35%.After treatment,HSS score,ROM score,physical function,mental function,social function and physical life were higher than those before treatment and after treatment.SAS,SDS and VAS scores were lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of artificial knee joint replacement in treatment of severe degenerative joint degenerative knee joint is significant,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
