补中益气汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床观察

Clinical observation of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of cough variant asthma

目的观察补中益气汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法将2013年10月~2017年9月本院收治的80例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,研究组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用补中益气汤进行治疗。观察两组治疗后的临床疗效、治疗前后的血清及痰液炎症因子表达水平。结果治疗后,研究组的总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗后1、2周,两组的血清及痰液炎症因子表达水平均显著降低,且研究组的血清及痰液炎症因子表达水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果较好,且具有较好的抗炎机制,因此在咳嗽变异性哮喘患者中值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods Eighty patients with cough variant asthma treated in our hospital from October 2013 to September 2017 were divided into the control group and study groupm,and there were 40 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group was given the routine western medicine treatment while the study group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the treatment of the control group.And the clinical curative effect after the treatment,expression levels of serum and sputum inflammatory factors before and after the treatment of two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the study group after treatment was obviously higher than that of the control group,the expression levels of serum and sputum inflammatory factors of two groups after 1 and 2 weeks were significantly decreased,and the expression levels of serum and sputum of study group were all lower than the levels of control group,and the differences of two groups were all significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of cough variant asthma is better,and it has better anti-inflammation mechanism,so it is worth popularizing and applying in patients with cough variant asthma.
