健脾益肝肾法治疗儿童稳定期白癜风的效果

Effect of invigorating spleen benefiting liver and kidney treating children's vitiligo at stable period

目前,国内专门针对儿童白癜风稳定期的中医研究甚少,多混见于成人白癜风的治疗。笔者整理历代医家关于白癜风的病因病机认识及中医分型研究,结合大样本流行病学调查以及儿童生理病理特点,提出肝肾不足、脾胃虚弱为儿童白癜风稳定期的主要病因病机,治则为健脾益肝肾,酌加行气活血,根据诱发因素及舌苔适当加减,而不必四诊合参,验之临床效果较好。

At present,there are few traditional Chinese medicine studies on the children′s vitiligo at stable period,which are often seen in the treatment of adult vitiligo.Sorting out the etiology and pathogenesis of vitiligo and classification of traditional Chinese Medicine,combined with large sample epidemiological investigation and the physiological and pathological characteristics of children,the author propose that deficiency of liver and kidney,weakness of spleen and stomach are the main etiology and pathogenesis of the children′s vitiligo at stable period.The treatment method is to invigorate the spleen and to benefit the liver and kidney,considering qi activating and blood circulation as appropriate,then conduct proper addition or subtraction according to the inducing factors and the condition of tongue coating. It is no need to consider synthesis of the four diagnostic methods.The clinical effect is very significant.
