IABP在重症急性心肌梗死患者行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗中的应用价值 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨主动脉球囊反博术(IABP)在重症急性心肌梗死患者行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗中的应用价值。方法随机选取2015年5月~2017年5月于首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院心内科收治的重症急性心肌梗死患者72例,依据IABP应用情况将这些患者分为应用组(n=36)和未应用组(n=36)两组,对两组患者治疗前后的血流动力学变化情况和术中、术后并发症发生情况进行统计分析。结果应用组患者的心率显著低于未应用组(P<0.05),收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压均显著高于未应用组(P均<0.05),术中、术后并发症发生率分别为5.6%(2/36)、2.8%(1/36),均显著低于未应用组44.4%(16/36)、27.8%(10/36)(P均<0.05)。结论 IABP在重症急性心肌梗死患者行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗中具有较高的应用价值。 Objective To investigate the application value of IABP in percutaneous coronary intervention of patients with severe acute myocardial infarction. Methods 72 patients with severe acute myocardial infarction from May 2015 to May 2017 were randomly selected, these patients were divided into application group(n=36) and non application group(n=36) according to the application of IABP. The hemodynamic changes before and after treatment and postoperative complications of two groups were analyzed statistically. Results The heart rate of the application group was significantly lower than that of the non application group(P〈0.05). The systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure of the application group were significantly higher than those of the non application group(P〈0.05). The intraoperative and postoperative complication rate [5.6%(2/36), 2.8%(1/36)] of the application group were significantly lower than those of the non application group [44.4%(16/36), 27.8%(10/36),(P〈0.05)]. Conclusion IABP has high value in the treatment of patients with severe acute myocardial infarction undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention.
