摘要
食品工艺学实验是食品科学与工程专业重要的实践课程,是理论联系实际的重要环节。本文首先重点对实验教学中存在的问题进行剖析,然后从实验讲解、师资队伍建设、实验形式与内容改革、考核方式改革等方面对改进措施进行了探讨。
Food technology experiment is an important practical course for the specialty of food science and engineering,and an important link between theory and practice. In this paper, the existing problems in the course teaching were analyzed first, and then reform related to experiment contents, explanation and examination mode, as well as teaching team construction were discussed.
