基于VB.NET与Access的卫生人才管理系统软件的设计与开发

Design and development of management system software for health talents based on VB.NET and Access

目的:开发设计卫生人才管理系统软件,以加强卫生人才的信息化管理,规范卫生人才的推举和培养流程,降低医学会工作人员的劳动量。方法:使用VB.NET作为前端开发工具,以Access作为后台数据库,开发设计卫生人才管理软件。结果:开发设计的卫生人才管理软件具有信息的录入、修改、删除、查询以及统计筛选等功能,软件系统界面友好,操作灵活,存储安全,使得原本繁琐的卫生人才信息管理工作变的方便快捷,在南京医学会应用期间,运行状态稳定,反映良好。结论:卫生人才管理系统软件不但实现了卫生人才基本的信息管理功能,而且使得医学会中各专科委员会的组织建设,青年委员的推举培养等工作实现数字化。

Objective： To develop and design a management system software for health talents so as to strengthen the informatization management for health talent, and standardize the process of selection and cultivation for them, and reduce the labor input of staffs of medical association. Methods： VB.NET was used as a front-end development tool and Access was used as a back-end database to develop and design the management system software. Results： The management software for health talents opposed series of functions included information input, modification, deletion, query and statistical screening and so on. And its series of advantages, such as friendly interface, flexible operation and safe storage, made the information management of health talents more convenient and quick. It was stable and got well reflection during the application period in Nanjing Medical Association. Conclusion： The management system software of health talents not only realized the basic information management function aimed at health talents, but also achieved digitized management for organization and construction of specialized committees, and the selection and cultivation of young committee members in the medical association.
