“互联网+”时代高校创新创业人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Node of Innovative Talents in Colleges and Universities in the Age of Internet

"大众创业、万众创新"和"互联网+"是近年来最受关注的词语。而创新创业人才的培养是建设创新型国家的客观要求,亦是"互联网+"时代精神的必然产物。现有高校人才培养模式存在培养目标功利化与短视化、创新创业教育理念滞后、创新创业师资力量不足、创新创业课程体系不完善及创新创业人才培养缺乏与企业的双向流动等问题。因此,高校要审时度势,把握机遇,在培养校园创新创业文化、构建科学的创新创业课程体系、建设高素质创新创业教育师资队伍、打造产学合作的创新创业实践平台、完善高校创新创业组织机构等五个方面下功夫,着力建构适应"互联网+"时代要求的创新创业人才培养模式。

The cultivation of innovative talents is the objective requirement of the construction of an innovative country and is also the inevitable result of ＂Internet plus＂the spirit of the times.The training mode of talents in colleges and universities has such problems as utilitarianism and shortsightedness,lagging in the concept of innovative and entrepreneurial education,lack of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers,imperfect curriculum system for innovation and entrepreneurship,and the lack of two-way flow of enterprise. Therefore,the university should examine the situation and seize the opportunity to build up the innovative and entrepreneurial culture of the campus,build a scientific innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system,build a high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship education teacher team,and improve the organizational structure of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities. Efforts should be made to build up innovative and entrepreneurial talents training mode to meet the needs of the times.
