摘要
文中针对浮标维护保养工作存在作业风险高、劳动强度大、作业效率低等诸多问题,采用逆向思维的方式,将灯浮标模块化设计,同时利用机器人智能技术,研制智能拆装设备,使灯浮标巡检由"人爬标"向"灯上船"模式转变,实现灯浮标巡检机械化作业。
Since the light buoy was invented in modern times, inspection and maintenance work has been carried out which has such disadvantages as high risk, labor intensity and low efficiency. The article studies the development of smart disassembly and installation equipments by adopting modular design and robot intelligence technology in reverse thinking which changes the inspection mode from "workers on buoy" to "lights on board" and realizes mechanized operations in light buoy inspection.
