培养大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞牵张损伤模型的建立 被引量:2

摘要 建立大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞 (alveolarmacrophage,AM)牵张损伤模型 ,观察其乳酸脱氢酶活性变化 ,为创伤后AM的深入研究奠定基础。本牵张损伤模型能够反应创伤后AM的变化 ,是较理想的对AM进行损伤研究的模型。
