摘要
目前社会各界逐步认可了幼儿教师在个体成长中的作用,对这个行业也提出了更高的要求,然而学前教育专业培养的本科毕业生在工作过程中体现为缺乏相应的实践技能。改变这个现状,要从学前教育的专业特性出发分析课程设置,进而得到解决思路。
At present,people from all walks of life have gradually approved the role of kindergarten teachers in individual growth and raised higher demands on this industry.However,the graduates trained in preschool education major show a lack of corresponding practical skills in their work.To change this situation,we should analyze the curriculum setting from the professional characteristics of preschool education,and then get the solution.
