中药熏洗治疗原发性肛门瘙痒症的临床疗效观察

The clinical curative effect of herbal fumigation treatment of primary pruritus ani

目的观察三黄汤联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗原发性肛门瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法将46例原发性肛门瘙痒症患者随机分为治疗组23例(三黄汤熏洗+曲安奈德益康唑乳膏局部涂抹)和对照组23例(曲安奈德益康唑乳膏局部涂抹),7 d为1疗程,观察1、2、3个疗程后肛门瘙痒症的治疗效果。结果随着用药时间的延长,与对照组相比,治疗组肛门的平均瘙痒评分显著降低,肛门瘙痒得到了有效控制,疗效显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论三黄汤熏洗联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏局部涂抹治疗原发性肛门瘙痒症疗效显著确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of sanhuang decoction combined Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream treatment of primary pruritus ani. Methods 46 cases of primary pruritus ani were randomly divided into treatment group of 23 cases（ Sanhuang Decoction fumigation combined with topical application of Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream） and control group of 23 cases（ Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream topical）,7 days for 1 course of treatment. The effect were compared after 1,2 and3 course respectively. Results Compared with the control group,the average score of anal itching in the treatment group was significantly lower with the duration of therapy,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）,and anal itching can be controlled effectively. Conclusion The curative effect of Sanhuang Decoction fumigation combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream topical treatment of primary anal pruritus is exact,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
