On the Cooperation Strategies and Effectiveness of "The Belt and Road" between China and European Countries

"一带一路"倡议引起了世界各国的广泛关注,欧洲很多国家纷纷以实际行动积极响应,尤其是中东欧16国和地中海地区国家更是显示了极高的热情,在这些国家的共同努力下,中国与中东欧国家"16+1合作"机制取得新的进展。此外,欧洲的法国、意大利、希腊、西班牙、葡萄牙和德国等也表示愿意在"一带一路"框架下加强合作,并取得了丰硕成果。在中欧"一带一路"合作交流过程中,中国应积极发挥作用,展现"中国力量"。

＂The Belt and Road＂ initiative has aroused widespread concern around the world,and many European countries have responded positively with practical actions,especially the 16 countries of Central and Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean countries have shown great enthusiasm.With the joint efforts of these countries,new progress has been made in the ＂16＋1 cooperation＂ mechanism between China and the Central and Eastern European countries.In addition,France,Italy,Greece,Spain,Portugal and Germany have also expressed willingness to strengthen cooperation under the framework of ＂The Belt and Road＂ and have achieved fruitful results.In the course of cooperation and exchange,China should play an active role in displaying China＇s power.
