关中地区经济—环境协调发展战略研究——基于经济发展与生态环境的耦合分析

Economy-Environment Coordinated Development Study of Qindong Region Based on the Coupled Analysis of Economic Development and Ecological Environment

经济与环境存在相互依存、相互制约的耦合关系。经济发展要与生态环境相协调已经成为区域发展的必由之路。关中地区是"一带一路"中"丝绸之路经济带"的起点和门户,其经济发展质量与模式将对整个西部经济带起到很大的作用。因此,在科学评价关中5市经济与环境耦合关系现状的基础上,针对关中5市耦合分析的结果,提出符合关中5市特点的未来发展战略与建议,为关中地区经济发展探索出合理的模式,不但对陕西中部经济的发展具有现实指导意义,而且对"一带一路"倡议的实施也具有一定的参考意义。

There is coupling relationship and interdependent interaction between the economic and environment. It has become the only way that makes economic development coordinated with the ecological environment which must be passed to the development of regional development. Qindong region is the starting point and the portal of ＂Silk Road Economic Belt＂that is belong to ＂One Belt and One Road＂,so the quality and mode of the economic development will play an enlightened effect for the whole western economic belt. Therefore,putting forward the strategy and the suggestions of the future development to explore the reasonable model of economic development of Qindong region,based on the science evaluation in the coupled analysis of the relationship between economy and environment,will not only have realistic guiding significance for the economic development of the central area in Shaanxi,but also have certain reference significance to the implementation of the strategy of ＂One Belt and One Road＂.
