摘要
从组织发展的目标出发,以企业为例,提出了在动态视角下企业面向多元化发展的全通道路径,并以组织学习为发展机制,建立了企业面向多元化发展的组织学习模型。根据企业当前的业务结构(单一业务、多元业务)和下一步采取的产品和/或服务的多元化类型(相关多元化、非相关多元化)两个维度,划分了四种多元化情境,从技术和管理两个方面提出了企业面向多元化发展的组织学习模式。整体上,企业采取面向多元化发展的组织学习模式的近期目标是提升组织绩效,远期目标是实现基业长青。最后总结了理论贡献和实践意义,并提出了未来研究的方向。
Starting from the goal of organizational development,this paper takes corporation as an example and proposes a full-channel of corporate diversification development from dynamic perspective.It chooses the organizational learning as the development mechanism and builds an organizational learning model for corporate diversification development.And it classifies the diversification profiles into four categories depending on both corporation's current business structure(single-business or multi-business)and its next diversification type(related-diversification or unrelated-diversification)of product and/or service.Accordingly,it puts forward the organizational learning modes for corporate diversification from technological and managerial perspectives.Overall,the purposes of organizational learning for diversification are to improve organizational performance in the short term and to achieve everlasting in the long term.Finally,it summarizes the theoretical contribution and practical significance,and put forward the directions of future research.
