摘要
针对外智引联型创新团队成员配置的特点——多主体、跨区域和个性化,以竞优理论为基础,从创新团队成员个体优势的视角,构建多层指标结构下的外智引联型创新团队成员优势配置模型。首先根据外智引联型创新团队的特点明确配置原则,然后采用理想点效用函数判别候选成员个体的优势,接着运用聚类分析提炼出不同群体,从中筛选具有不同优势的成员代表组建成创新团队。最后利用已有经验数据验证了该模型的优越性。
To analyze the partner selection characteristics of multi-agent,cross-regional and individual configuration in intelligence alliance type innovation team,based on the jingyou theory,this paper designs a new advantage allocation method for team members under the hierarchical indicators.Firstly,the principles of the advantageous configuration are determined from the features of the intelligence alliance type innovation team.Secondly,the ideal point utility function is used to identify the advantages of the members.Then the clustering method is used to extract the distribution of the advantages of group and selecting the members with advantages under the premise of forming an innovative team.Finally,through the existing empirical data,the superiority of the model is verified.
